Some Ways To Increase Computer Speed

COMPUTER SPEED BOOST

Most Computer users suffer from the problem of their computer becoming slow. Computers get older as time goes by after purchase due to which the computer slows down. And if you use heavy software such as Adobe Photoshop or video editing, it doesn't matter. But if some rules are followed in using the computer, this problem can be avoided to a large extent, and the hobby computer can also regain its strength. Some of the rules and techniques to increase the speed of old computers are discussed below:

Performance Booster:

There is much third-party software available for free on the Internet that clean up various computer junk and increases computer speed. But malware can be hidden behind free software. Due to this, your entire computer may become unusable. So avoid using free third-party software. You can use "Iolo System Mechanic" software as a performance booster. Works very well. It will cost about 45 dollars to buy.

Unnecessary Apps:

Many software is installed on our computer, some of them are necessary and some are unnecessary. This software occupies a large amount of storage on the computer. Due to this various problems have to be faced, such as it taking a long time to start the PC, besides, there is a lot of pressure on the RAM of the PC. First press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to launch Task Manager.

Then click on the Startup Column section.

Then click the "Right Button" of the mouse on those programs and the text Disable will appear. If you disable it, the program will stop.

Disk Cleanup:

The disk is very important for a computer. The disk contains many unnecessary files, offline web pages, and installer files. These files cause a lot of damage to the disk and slow down the computer. So these files should be kept clean. To delete them, go to the Start Menu and search for Disk Cleanup, the Disk Cleanup program will be launched. Then check each drive one by one and delete unnecessary files.

Use Of SSD (Solid State Drive):

Adding SSD (Solid State Drive) to the PC increases the speed of the computer many times. Many people buy SSD cards separately to speed up older PCs. By using this card, heavy software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc. is loaded on the computer at a fast speed. SSD card prices vary according to storage.

Virus Attack:

Every computer has "Windows Defender" installed by default to prevent malware attacks. It also works as an antivirus. However, there are many free and paid antiviruses available on the internet which can be used to prevent virus attacks. As far as I know, one free antivirus is "Avast Antivirus". It has paid version as well as a free version. It offers much better protection for free.

Tips and Turning off Notifications: Installing numerous software means getting annoying notifications. To turn off notifications, go to your computer's Settings and search for "Choose which apps show notification". Then just scroll a little and you will see that the notification comes from any software. Then the toggle button next to the software to stop the notification should be turned off, then the notification will stop coming. It will no longer receive notifications at untimely times.
